After a decade of working in academic research post-doctorally, I noticed a steady trend of increased need for bioinformatics analyses and results interpretation in the face of poor personnel retention and insufficiently experienced hires. Part of the problem is academic salary caps and industry competition. I decided I could fill a void in current collaborators' and associates' research needs by offering analytic services at a price cheaper than a senior analyst would require by salary, and for project durations, rather than continuous funding.

I have a doctorate of philosophy, attained through six years of study and research in molecular neuroscience, specifically genetic and pathologic facets of neurodegenerative disease. After four additional years of research in sequencing analysis of immunological responses and neuropathology of chronic traumatic encephalopathy, I transitioned wholly to dry-lab computational design. I have been working purely in this realm for eight years.

  • $ 7,200 USD for a full site with a code repository (we write the code!) or calculators and web apps

• Literature review

  • $ 10,800 USD for review of genes or disease

  • $ 18,000 USD for manuscript preparation of results

• Statistics

  • $ 1,800 USD for various analyses, result write-up, and tables and figures production
